Job Description
Are you someone who genuinely enjoys solving problems and making technology work better for people We re looking for an approachable curious and hands-on IT Specialist to join our this role you ll help us keep our systems running smoothly our data safe and our teams connected all in an environment where ideas and collaboration are welcomed.
HSM (Hardware Security Module) Management Helping to secure sensitive information by implementing and maintaining encryption solutions.
Managed Security Services Coordination Collaborating with third-party security teams to keep our systems protected and aligned with our business goals.
Cybersecurity Oversight Making sure our defenses are strong our data is protected and we re prepared for whatever comes our way.
Network Administration Keeping our systems connected and stable so our teams can work efficiently.
Firewall & Routing Configuration Setting up and managing traffic so that our information flows securely and smoothly.
Technical Troubleshooting & Support Jumping in when something breaks and finding thoughtful lasting solutions.
Documentation & Reporting Tracking what s been done and why so we re always learning and staying compliant.
What You Bring
A degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
3 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure especially in cybersecurity and networking.
Experience working with HSMs and coordinating with MSSPs.
A solid understanding of security best practices and how to apply them.
Comfort with network setups including firewalls and routers.
Strong troubleshooting instincts and attention to detail.
Clear communication skills; both when explaining tech to non-tech colleagues and when documenting your work.
Certifications like CISSP CCNP or similar are a plus.
