Job Title: Weekend Automotive Receptionist
Location: Vernon Suburban Subaru
Job Summary:
Suburban Subaru is seeking a dedicated Automotive Receptionist to join our team! This parttime position primarily requires weekend coverage with weekday shifts as needed. As the first point of contact for our dealership youll play a vital role in ensuring that visitors and customers receive a warm welcome and efficient assistance. You will manage incoming calls directing them to the appropriate team members and address customer inquiries. This dynamic customerfocused role demands excellent organizational and communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay ranges from $16.35 to $17.50 based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and customers with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage incoming calls on a multiline phone system to ensure efficient communication.
- Accurately process customer information for vehicle registrations and related documentation as needed.
- Maintain organized and uptodate registration records as needed.
- Keep the reception and waiting areas tidy and wellorganized.
- Support general administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CT DMV vehicle registration processes is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized detailoriented and capable of multitasking.
- Previous experience with a multiline phone system is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in a fastpaced environment preferably in the automotive industry.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
