Job Description
Job Title: Maintenance Technician Level 1
Department: Maintenance
Reports To: Robert Good
Location: Baxter TN

Summary: The Maintenance Technician Level 1 is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of equipment in line with operational demands. This role focuses on improving maintenancerelated nonproductive time enhancing the efficiency of the Maintenance Base Preventive Maintenance and overall maintenance productivity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain assigned equipment according to the relevant maintenance program and adhere to the reliabilitycentered maintenance strategy through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and standard work.
Record materials supplies labor costs and equipment maintenance performance history within Technology Lifecycle Management systems including movements work orders parts usage and maintenance times.
Adhere to TLM Product Line standards.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement participating in initiatives and improvement plans to enhance asset utilization and costeffective service delivery.
Support efforts to reduce asset turnaround time and minimize downtime due to maintenance parts repair authorization issues and workinprocess.
Assist in improving the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians.
Implement projects such as planned repairs and part reuse.
Participate in assigned failure investigations.
Comply with the Competency Management System.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
5 years of relevant experience in the Ceramic Industry or a similar field
Hourly wage: $20$22
