Work Type: This is a Hybrid role located in Loveland Colorado.

Job Purpose/Overview

The Education Administrator will collaborate with the Director Product Commercialization and Education Sound to perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities (Event Management platformsEMPCRM) for the Ultrasound Education Department to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. The Education Administrator will also provide exceptional customer experience for students who are attending courses with Sound Academy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Course & Event Creation:

Collect and update course descriptions speaker details schedules and locationspecific accommodations.

Post courses to the website and EMP edit course templates and verify course accuracy.

Set up and maintain accurate attendee hubs with prework videos todo lists hotel booking links and course notes.

Create and schedule automated email campaigns (e.g. registration confirmations payment requests reminders) and certificates.

Registration & Payment Processing:

Process course registrations including handling credit card payments and maintaining detailed records of customer accounts.

Verify and manage registrations using EMP and Salesforce ensuring accurate records of students for each course.

Manage waitlists cancellations and refunds per policy.

Customer Communication & Support:

Communicate with customers before during and after courses providing information about course content capacity and lodging.

Answer inbound phone calls and emails in a timely manner offering technical and courserelated support.

OnSite Coordination:

Print signin sheets and CE Certificates upon course completion upload course rosters to continuing education (CE) Broker.

Oversee live event support including technical assistance

Regional & Special Event Logistics:

Collaborate with regional teams on specific event logistics (e.g. hotel blocks meal orders shuttle services) and ensure timely course note delivery.

Maintain the CE database and affiliated documentation.

Reporting & Administrative Support:

Generate reports on attendance waitlists and budgets; support special projects and marketing initiatives.

Ensure accurate documentation and crossplatform data consistency (Cvent CE Broker Salesforce).

Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Associate or bachelors Degree (Business) Preferred

  • 13 years event management experience preferred

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. salesforce)email marketing platforms and Dropbox

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Strong teamwork capabilities including the ability to effectively work with leadership peers and other internal and external individuals through projects to enhance the goals and strategic direction of the company.

  • Strong organization skills

  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong emphasis on customer experience

  • Ability to effectively work with executive leaders team leaders and staff.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

  • Must work well independently and work in a matrixbased organization with minimal direction.

  • Must be able to handle multiple projects and be able to adapt to changes in priority.

  • Ability to work while both sitting and standing

Travel

  • This role requires occasional travel up to 20

Pay/Benefits

The Target Pay for this position is $31.00 $36.00 an hour. At Antech pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant jobrelated skills experience education training and budget.
