Diehl Automotive is looking for a motivated and detailoriented Vehicle Buying Center Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and successful vehicle buying center with a professional and established team.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming leads and schedule appointments for vehicle acquisitions.
Coordinate organize and distribute vehicles across multiple dealership locations.
Travel to offsite locations within the Pittsburgh metro market to conduct vehicle appraisals.
Utilize basic software tools proficiently for tracking and communication.
Follow defined processes and adapt to new systems efficiently.
What Were Looking For:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency with basic software tools (CRM spreadsheets email etc..
A selfmotivated individual with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
A valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
No car business experience necessarywe will train you.
