Job Description
We are seeking an RCM Manager for a fulltime hybrid position based in Brooklyn NY with the option for partial remote work. This pivotal role involves managing all aspects of the revenue cycle including eligibility verification authorization management credentialing contract management claims submission denial management and health information management.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the revenue cycle to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement robust systems for tracking and analyzing financial data emphasizing accuracy in numbers and details.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and manage credentialing processes.
Leverage technology to enhance operational efficiencies and effectiveness in medical billing and revenue management.
Develop and maintain effective communication channels within the team and with external partners to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
Proven track record of meticulous management with a high level of organizational vigilance ensuring no task is overlooked.
Strong leadership and management skills capable of making strategic decisions and solving problems effectively.
Highly analytical with a knack for managing numbers details and data.
Techsavvy with a strong aptitude for adopting and implementing new systems and technologies.
Preferred experience in medical billing within the healthcare industry.
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) are a plus.
