- Assist with sending/receiving design contracts and payments/deposits

- Obtain a good knowledge of our dcor props and catering options
- Have a good understanding of general event logistics

- Computer literate Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint proficient typing skills
- Able to provide clear pleasant telephone communication
- Excellent verbal and written skills

- Able to work independently and as a part of a team in a fastpaced environment
- Able to maintain complete confidentiality
- Able to work projects through to completion
- Clerical experience preferred
- Food service experience preferred
