Nursery Practitioner (Level 3
Salary: Up to 28000
Fulltime Hours
Our client a wellestablished nursery is seeking a nurturing and dedicated Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 to join their inclusive and diverse team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate early years professional to make a meaningful impact on young childrens learning and development in a supportive and enriching environment.
What Were Looking For:
- Level 3 in Early Years or an equivalent qualification in Early Years Education.
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum safeguarding and child development.
- A passion for early childhood education and supporting childrens growth.
- Excellent communication teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality care and education for children aged 05 years ensuring a safe stimulating and inclusive environment.
- Plan implement and evaluate engaging activities that promote childrens learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
- Support childrens social emotional and physical wellbeing fostering their confidence and independence.
- Observe assess and document childrens progress contributing to individual learning plans.
- Build strong positive relationships with parents and carers providing regular feedback on their childs development.
- Work collaboratively with the nursery team upholding best practices in early years education.
