All Year Round Full-Time Level 3 Qualified

Our client is looking for a warm dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join their passionate team in a brand-new purpose-built nursery designed to spark curiosity creativity and confidence in every child.

Set within a vibrant and engaging space the nursery features age-specific rooms a safe and stimulating outdoor playground and even a vegetable patch to bring learning to life. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 qualified practitioner to help shape a nurturing environment where every child can flourish.

As a Nursery Practitioner youll be part of a supportive team delivering high-quality early years care and education. Youll build meaningful relationships with the children and their families ensuring each child feels safe valued and excited to learn every day.

What Youll Need

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (or equivalent)
  • A genuine passion for working with young children
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development
  • A warm caring and patient approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous nursery or early years experience is essential

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe stimulating and inclusive environment for children aged 05
  • Plan and deliver fun age-appropriate learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
  • Support childrens emotional wellbeing development and independence
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers sharing progress and achievements
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team and contribute to nursery life
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed
