Nursery Practitioner Level 3
Salary: Up to 27000 per year
Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week (across 5 or 4.5 days)

Are you a nurturing enthusiastic childcare professional ready to make a meaningful impact Were looking for a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our clients warm inclusive and supportive team. As a Nursery Practitioner youll provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5. Youll play a key role in supporting their early development in a safe stimulating and inclusive environment.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent qualification
  • Strong understanding of EYFS and current early years legislation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting young childrens learning and development

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for children families and colleagues
  • Plan and deliver engaging age-appropriate activities that support all areas of development
  • Monitor observe and assess childrens progress keeping accurate records and sharing updates with parents and the team
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse and friendly team to maintain a high standard of care and education
  • Uphold safeguarding procedures and ensure compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
