Nursery Room Leader Beautiful New Nursery Up to 30000
Full-Time All Year Round Level 3 Qualified Senior Early Years Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader to join the team at their newly opened purpose-built nursery.

Located in a thoughtfully designed setting the nursery features age-specific rooms a spacious outdoor playground and even a vegetable patchcreating a fun and nurturing environment where children are encouraged to explore play and grow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 qualified early years professional with senior experience to step into a leadership role and help shape the culture of a brand-new setting.

As the Nursery Room Leader youll lead a small team within one of the age-group rooms ensuring the highest standards of care and education. Youll be a key role model in the nurseryguiding your team supporting childrens development and creating a warm and welcoming space for families.

What Youll Need

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Proven senior experience in a nursery or early years setting
  • A solid understanding of the EYFS framework safeguarding and health & safety practices
  • Confident leadership skills with a positive and supportive attitude
  • A genuine passion for early childhood development
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily running of your room creating a safe stimulating and inclusive learning environment
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Supervise mentor and support practitioners within your team
  • Build strong relationships with parents carers and colleagues
  • Monitor and record childrens progress and ensure their individual needs are met
  • Ensure all safeguarding health & safety and wellbeing standards are maintained
