Description
Are you a fan of Harry Houdini Dorothy Dietrich Criss Angel or David Blaine Do you love Halloween and all things mysterious/scary Were you a theater kid who grew up and is looking for a new way to get into character while making some extra cash Great Room Escape Austin is looking for someone who wants to get into costume and guide people through our hourlong escape room experiences. This is not the typical game master position where you spend your day sitting in the control room watching participants on a screen. Our hosts play an active role in the escape room with our customers. We take on the persona of the distant relative the maid the butler or the zombie. We are the stars of the room the ones who know the answers to all of the puzzles the ones you beg for clues.
Costumes will be provided escape room experience is a plus customer service experience is a necessity.
Job Type: Parttime
Salary: $10.00 per hour tips (not pooled)
Qualifications
Flexible schedules are encouraged & preferred.
No experience required we will train you.
Must be comfortable speaking in front of large crowds as well as small groups.
You will be required to use power tools we will train you.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to lift 20 pounds.
Must be 18.
