Equitable is seeking an influential and dynamic Vendor Engagement Manager to join our Disability and Absence Claims organization. This position will serve as EB Claims Operation point of contact escalation and invoice liaison for Third Party Administration (TPA) BPO and Vendors. It will provide responsive and proactive support to internal and external parties as it relates to those relationships. This role will be responsible for the management of TPA invoice processing escrow funding payment/loss data reconciliations and TPA system access controls. This position works independently with TPA business partners internal operations and leadership.
Key Job Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for the management and oversight of operational support including invoice processing escrow funding payment/loss data reconciliations and TPA/BPO/Vendor system access controls.
The base salary range for this position is $90000 $140000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills experience and geographical location. In addition to base pay Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases spot bonuses and shortterm incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
