Job Description
Currently Our Client is seeking a patent agent with at least one year of legal practice experience preferably at a law firm for their life sciences practice in their Silicon Valley San Francisco Seattle New York or Washington D.C. offices. The ideal candidate will have a PhD (or MD) in organic chemistry medicinal chemistry immunology molecular biology cell biology microbiology oncology or a related field. Postdoctoral experience is desirable but not required. The candidate must have a USPTO registration number superior academic credentials and excellent oral written and interpersonal skills.
