Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferably in a live chat role.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to convey information clearly.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient in using chat support software and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of empathy and problem-solving skills.
