Job Title: TGT Social Science Teacher
Location: On-Site India (Accommodation will be provided)
Role Responsibilities:
- Design plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Social Science for targeted grade levels.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance student learning.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with diverse learning needs.
- Assess and monitor student progress through formal and informal assessments.
- Provide a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to student growth.
- Incorporate technology and multimedia resources into lesson plans.
- Engage students in discussions critical thinking and collaborative projects.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Maintain classroom discipline and establish rules and procedures.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay current with educational trends.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance curriculum development.
- Prepare and organize instructional materials for classroom use.
- Foster a love of learning and curiosity in students.
- Implement school policies and adhere to safety regulations.
- Lead extracurricular activities related to Social Science to enrich student experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Education Social Science or related field.
- Teaching certification in relevant subject area.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Social Science.
- Proficient in educational technology tools and platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Knowledge of curriculum standards and guidelines.
- Commitment to professional development and ongoing education.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment.
