Marketing and Sales Operations team (MSO) sits within the US Wealth Advisory business and partners with partners with Product Marketing EII Retirement and Global Marketing teams.
MSO support model revolves around propagating Digital First mentality and enabling scaled Digital experience through below offerings:

We are seeking an organized detailoriented thoughtful and enthusiastic communicator to help build evolve and maintain content covering market trends portfolio construction and practice management.
This role will be focused on creation improvement maintenance and publication of that content across a variety of media including PowerPoint presentations print/PDF documents website content web articles and tools.
The individual will work closely with data providers marketing compliance design and web publishing teams to oversee a robust suite of content as well as ensure effective delivery of the content to BlackRock Sales advisors and end clients. The candidate will have the ability to manage several simultaneous projects to completion in a timely manner an eye for engaging design of the pieces and the ability to work across a number of internal groups.
Create update maintain and publish content including sourcing/updating data partnering with design working with the legal team to review/approve the content uploading to the appropriate websites and other dissemination.
Monitor and manage various platforms of content including ensuring that the content is always uptodate orderable available on internal and external websites as well as partner firm approved.
Partner with broader team and web publishing to enhance and execute updates to teams web pages including direct publication of small changes to select web pages. Assist with adhoc projects including new content creation.
Work with automation tools to update the content and assist the team in distributing the same.
Ensure that all the requirements are completed on a timely basis with the highest level of accuracy.
Evaluate systems processes and procedures for inefficiencies and make recommendations for improvement.
Efficiently handle deadlines and pose ability to work independently for certain projects and assist other team members when required.
Manage workload to successfully meet set deadlines and assist other team members when required.
PostGraduate MBA or Bachelors degree in Marketing Finance Communications Journalism.
Experience/working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Power BI VBA SQL Data Analytics and CMS tool (like TeamSite) will be an added advantage.
3 years of experience in the investment/asset management industry a plus. Understanding of asset management industry including the growing demand for alternative investments used to diversify against traditional fixed income securities while also providing a lower correlation to equity markets.
Excellent attitude team player attention to detail and verbal/written communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
Experience interfacing with internal and external groups at all levels and across multiple functions.
Strong familiarity with MS Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Flexible and comfortable with change and prepared for a fastpaced rapidly evolving workflow.
Techsavvy and eager to harness new techniques to improve reporting workflows.
Highly organized and detail oriented with a focus on time management.
Values the importance of quality data and strives to maintain its integrity in the system.
Strong critical reasoning and problemsolving capabilities.
