What Youll Do

• Collaborate with Campaign Managersto design execute and activate email marketing campaigns ensuring precision and timeliness.
• Work with 6Sense and Marketoto set up monitor and optimize campaigns. Your expertise with these platforms will be critical in delivering resultsdriven campaigns.
• Manage and optimize nurture programs with a focus on converting leads to QLs with personalized messaging.
• Conduct A/B testingto evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Youll bring an experimental mindset to every campaign you touch.
• Analyze and report on email campaign performanceproviding actionable insights to optimize future initiatives. Success is in the data and youll help us uncover it.
• Maintain sharp attention to detail constantly refining processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

What Youll Bring

• 35 years of experiencein email marketing or marketing operations ideally with handson experience in email campaign management and nurture program design.
• Handson experience with6Sense Marketo and email marketing platformsespecially in designing nurture programs.
• A strong understanding ofemail analytics A/B testing and performance reportingwith the ability to translate data into insights and action items.
• Exceptionalattention to detailyou dont miss a beat and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

• A collaborative mindset combined with a strong sense of ownership and proactivity. Ability to manage several fastpaced projects at once.

The base salary range for this role is between $

factoring locations. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience education certifications skills and geographic location.
