They are looking for a selfmotivated proactive and clientfocused individual passionate about providing a bestinclass client experience to join us as an Account Manager in our Commercial Lines Small Business Unit. In this role you will provide exceptional daytoday service to Commercial Lines clients.
Your responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of Commercial Insurance clients
* Review clients coverage exposures loss experience and analyze risk to determine product/service requirements
* Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs
* Efficiently manage endorsement requests coverage questions and other inquiries
* Proactively manage renewals including securing updates performing reviews and finalizing renewals
* Negotiate with insuring partners for optimal solutions
* Maintain accurate client record documentation in BMS
* Assist clients with reporting claims and ensure highlevel service
* Prepare and forward insurance documentation
* Manage client accounts receivables
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of Commercial Lines experience in a brokerage
* R.I.B.O. licensed
* Working towards C.I.P. or C.A.I.B. designations (asset)
* Strong interpersonal communication and listening skills
* Driven and resultsoriented
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent organizational skills
* Team player
* Selfmotivated and proactive
* Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
