We are hiring a fulltime creative resourceful customer service representative (CSR) in Salt Lake City. In this role you will provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers. As a leading industrial distributor (and Fortune 1000 company) we realize we are only as strong as our dedicated team. Selling a broad range of hydraulic pumps valves motors and cylinders to all types of customers takes special skill and thats where you come in.

What youll do:
In our fastpaced team environment you will partner with our customers and Account Managers by phone email and at our counter to find products and services solve customer needs and build ongoing positive business relationships.
- Customer inquiries quotes order processing expediting / returns
- Sourcing parts
- Assist in generating sales
Requirements:
- 2 year customer service or inside sales experience in an industrial / distribution environment
- Written and verbal communication skills including English grammar
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license & clean driving record (MVR)
- Hydraulic and/or fluid power experience a plus
- Epicor P21 or other ERP experience preferred
