Job Description
Position: Process Engineer
Salary Range: 1530tr
Location: Bac Ninh
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for process control in raw cable production lines.
- Establishing repeatable and reliable raw cable manufacturing steps for operators to follow.
- Drafting detailed work instructions.
- Training operators on proper processes work instructions and tool usage.
- Ensuring all manufacturing instructions are updated in a controlled manner.
- Setting up industrial engineering parameters for raw cable production.
- Resolving process and quality issues caused by material equipment and process variations.
- Assisting quality and production teams in analyzing and addressing product quality issues making MRB decisions when necessary.
- Tracking raw cable or assemblyrelated projects documenting process parameters and testing results and recording project implementation steps in compliance with ISO9001 system procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A college graduate.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the cable industry.
- Strong communication teamwork and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in reading and writing English.
- Skilled in CAD and other drawing software.
Working Conditions:
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
13th salary month bonus
Probation period: 2 months
Annual leave: 12 days per year.
