Summary:
The office of Student Support Services offers a paid school counseling internship for eligible candidates in school counseling. This position reports to the Project Specialist.
WISH: Winchester Investing in Student Mental Health will build a collaborative partnership between WPS and universities. Under supervision this position provides school counseling services to students: academic social and personal and career counseling. To include mental health support. Specific duties and responsibilities will reflect the context and needs of each school to which a school counselor intern is assigned.
Theessential function is to deliver school counseling services that facilitate learning and promote the cognitive social and personal development of all students.

Qualifications:
Enrollment in a School Counseling Masters degree program
Salary & Workday: FullTime: $50715 annually 7 hours a day 180 days (two semesters) OR 7 hours a day 90 days (one semester) benefits
PartTime: Less than 7 hours a day less than 90 days total no benefits
Housing Stipend: $1200 for FullTime Employees; $600 for PartTime Employees one time payment
Tuition Assistance: $5000 for FullTime Employees; $2500 for PartTime Employees
