1. Operations Management
a. Compliance deliveries as per TAT
b. Compliance Advisory and query resolutions on time
c. Maintenance of MIS in Karmas tools on periodic manner
d. Review MIS to be available on time
e. Ensuring Audit and Compliance as per the scheduleand update of the report in time on PAN India basis
f. All licence to be renewed within the due date andensure its should reach the client before escalation
g. All inspection to be cleared with prior approvaltaken by the client
h. Leading the team of Auditors for timely audit aswell as timely report on PAN India basis for online and offline audits as wellas managing the team in Bangalore in all respects.
i. Will oversee Government liaisoning with time bounddelivery by early closing of issues
2. Revenue Management
a. Timely billing/revenue receipt of Monthly billing/Project wise billing
b. Effective Cost negotiations for Client license and Inspections
3. Client Satisfaction
a. Good rating from the customer satisfaction survey
b. Good rapport building with CLIENT Compliance Head CLIENTAccount Directors and CLIENT Account Heads as well as Site FMs Pan India
c. better relationship with the client and ensure theproactive measure to be taken
d. No escalations to the reporting manager
