Position summary
Vanguard Cleaning Systems of Utah an independently owned and operated master franchise company has an immediate opening for a talented Accounting Clerk to join its regional office. Full Benefit Package for all fulltime employees.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an accounting background with good organizational and customer service skills who also enjoys working with diverse individuals in a fast paced environment.

Essential Functions
- Receivables & Deposits
- Vendor/Franchise Payables
- Credit and Collections
- General Ledger Adjustments
- Working in cooperation with the Sales and Operations Management to help achieve financial objectives and to develop tools for tracking established objectives and reports to indicate levels of profitability and group achievements.
- Monthly Financial Statement preparation
- Reconciliations.
- Financial setup and startup of new accounts with Sales/Operations Management.
- Preparing and/or reviewing new contract paperwork with/for accuracy and professionalism.
- Making recommendations concerning effective financial methods and techniques.
- Credit Card Processing
- Expense Reports
- 1099 Reporting
- Annual Audits
Desired Experience/Skills
- 35 Accounting Experience
- Solid interpersonal and Organizational skills
- Customer Service Skills
- Recording Standard Operating Procedures
- Strong Computer skills (Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel and intuit Quickbooks essential)
- Self Starting abilities
