The Role:

In this critical customerfacing role you will drive the configuration and optimization of our SaaS platform with both speed and precision ensuring a datadriven approach to decisionmaking. As a key member of an Agile team you will iteratively refine system configurations quickly adapting to feedback and evolving customer needs. Leveraging a consultative approach you will apply Agile principles enterprise SaaS configuration techniques and bestpractice rollout strategies to ensure seamless implementation.

You will play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into practical scalable solutions that enhance user experience. Passionate about understanding operational challenges you are committed to delivering a software experience that exceeds customer expectations.

In addition to supporting our growing customer base you will work closely with the Director of Configuration to enhance and refine our configuration processes for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Work within an Agile framework to iteratively configure and deploy SaaS solutions

Engage in sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement

Rapidly translate customer needs into configurable solutions that align with best practice

Document and communicate configuration changes effectively across teams

Partner with police and government agencies to understand their workflows and operational needs

Analyze and model business processes using BPMN to document and optimize workflows

Gather and incorporate customer feedback to enhance future configurations

Collaborate crossfunctionally with project management product and support teams to refine implementation processes

Maintain uptodate documentation of configurations system settings and best practices

Identify analyze and resolve configurationrelated issues in an Agile iterative manner

Ensure compliance with security data integrity and regulatory requirements

Job Qualifications:

Strong understanding of BPMN and ability to model business processes effectively

Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail

Knowledgeable in data standardization data mapping and reporting

Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and iterative implementation processes

Experience working with government agencies or law enforcement (preferred)

Independent enjoys taking on new challenges and running with them

Likes working in a collaborative fastpaced environment

Proficient in JIRA Confluence & BMPN

Bachelors degree preferred; Masters degree is a plus

3 years of relevant technology/software implementation

2 years in a SaaS environment preferably with Enterprise customers

Able to travel 25
