Salary up to $122058.00 per annum plus super

About the role
As the Leader of Business Services you will oversee and coordinate a team of customer service and administrative staff to ensure the delivery of highquality customer services. Additionally you will support the efficient and effective management of regional finance and administration functions. This includes developing and implementing business and reporting systems related to projects finance and administrative services within LLS.
About You
Youll have proven experience in a leadership role within business services or a related field. Your strong problemsolving skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities set you apart.
You take a proactive and innovative approach to driving business improvements and thrive in collaborative team environments. Your high level of integrity and professionalism is complemented by your demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
The Leader Business Services will:
be responsible for the coordination and supervision of a team of customer service and administration staff.
have experience workingin a demanding environmentwith a high workload and managing conflicting priorities efficiently and effectively.
develop and implement customer service plans and strategies to enable an environment of continuous improvement.
develop and lead the implementation and maintenance of a range of administrative and financial systems and procedures to ensure effective organisational support to the region including procurement asset control and fleet management.
support the effective delivery of daytoday financial operations of the region including timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivables
promote business process improvement through the use of technology and promoting efficiencies and delivering value to our customers.
