About the Position
We are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our growing IndustrialLife Sciences team. The ideal candidate possesses 12 years of related experience in the Medical Device Manufacturing industry and wants to grow collaborate and innovate. In this position the successful candidate will be responsible for the Medical Device Manufacturing program within Ponds Life Sciences market. The Program Manager will directly oversee a team of Client Managers with responsibility for operations performance and business development. Projects will span across multiple markets and geographies affording opportunities for broadening knowledge and deepening skill sets related to design and construction projects. We are seeking someone who can be an independent selfstarter.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or Construction Management and 12 years of related experience in Medical Device Manufacturing or A/E/CM servicing the Medical market preferred.
- PE license PMP certification MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Ability to work well within a team environment positive attitude multitask and selfmotivated to produce high quality work. This role will advocate for resources from within the matrixed organization to support their clients the candidate will need to lead a multidisciplinary team without supervisory authority to ensure successful project . Demonstrated leadership experience is preferred.
- Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally. The candidate must have the technical aptitude to understand Ponds services and technical expertise.
- The primary responsibility of the role is to lead the group responsible for client satisfaction through the ability to understand the clients needs tailor a service offering and oversee the . Experience writing proposals change orders and reviewing contractual terms is preferred.
- The successful candidate will have a good fiscal understanding as they will be responsible for the overall financial performance of the projectdesign and construction. Experience meeting P&L targets is preferred.
- The successful candidate has experience in executive communications as they will be expected to keep internal and external stakeholders updated on their projects status health and risks as appropriate.
- The Program Manager will be expected to build and leverage the relationships cultivated within the industry to win work. A proven track record of hitting a sales quota is preferred.
- Travel is required 30.
- Hybrid/Remote work is possible but will require additional travel to Ponds offices to coordinate with internal team.
