- Prepare and compile tender documents including technical financial and compliance sections.
- Ensure timely submission of bids in accordance with deadlines.
- Liaise with internal teams for necessary inputs like pricing compliance documentation and certifications.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the sales technical and finance teams to develop competitive and compelling proposals.
- Coordinate with vendors partners and suppliers for supporting documents or pricing.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of submitted bids and track their progress.
- Ensure adherence to bid submission guidelines and company policies.
Negotiation and Followup:
- Negotiate terms and pricing with stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for the company.
- Follow up on submitted bids to track their status and take necessary actions.
Market Research and Insights:
- Stay updated with industry trends market opportunities and competitor analysis to improve bid strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the bid win rate.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business commerce engineering or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in bid management tendering or a related field preferably in the IT/telecom domain.
- Proficiency in using online tender platforms like GeM Trade Tiger and others.
- Strong understanding of government and private procurement processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and other documentation tools.
- Strong analytical negotiation and problemsolving skills.
