Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and follow up on sales appointments effectively.
- Respond quickly to inquiries via internet phone and live chat using emails scripts and templates.
- Capturing initial customer information
- Provide initial product information and guide customers to appropriate dealership resources.
- Follow up with leads who are undecided or have missed appointments.
- Engage in team and process development sessions to foster positive relationships with colleagues and management.
- Utilize our CRM tracking system on a daily basis to manage leads.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role; automotive experience is a plus.
- Strong team player with a collaborative spirit and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Courteous and professional demeanor.
- Positive hardworking attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in computer usage and software applications.
- *Spanish preferred
- Valid drivers license.
