W Sydney is now casting for a Bell Captain to provide highquality customer service and maintain a focus on excellence amongst their team. We are looking for a charismatic extraordinaire with a magnetic personality that draws people into the world of luxury.
CURATING ORIGINALITY TAKES TALENT
Thisintegral role provides a high level of service to guests experience and presents an amazing opportunity to play a key role in the worlds largest W Hotel with 588 rooms suites and studios. The Bell Captain should be able to balance the needs of their team their guests and the business itself while focusing on continuous improvement. This requires strong organizational communication and leadership skills as well as a deep local understanding of the guest journey.
