Responsibilities:
Take the lead on transportation projects ensuring topquality designs and seamless .
Analyze innovate and collaborate with senior project leaders to develop cuttingedge solutions.
Partner with project managers to craft work plans budgets scopes and deliverables.
Create design plans specifications and cost estimates that exceed expectations.
Dive into fieldwork to gather data and assess existing conditions for tailored designs.
Contribute to clientfocused solutions that set new standards in the industry.
Qualifications:
Education & Credentials: A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with P.Eng or EIT status in Ontario (and eligible to obtain full P.Eng license within 12 months).
Experience: 4 years of expertise in transportation design specifically Roads Highways projects.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MicroStation OpenRoads and AutoCAD Civil 3D plus knowledge of MTO and municipal standards.
Impact: A track record of delivering innovative highquality design solutions.
Teamwork: Excellent communication and collaboration skills in diverse inclusive teams.
Vision: A commitment to technical excellence sustainability and ethical practices.
