Job description
We are seeking aPayroll Packaging and Shipping Specialistto join our payroll processing team at our Lombard IL office. This role is responsible for preparing payroll packages and envelopes for shipping to clients.
Job Duties:
- Handling and preparing payroll packages for clients
- Shipping/ Receiving documents packages and other clientrelated shipments
- Customer support via email and phone as needed
- Data entry and support as needed
- Reporting escalating or addressing any issues affecting clients/ shipments
- Assist Branch Management with the day to day tasks of the branch
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
Qualifications:
- Professional communication skills
- Great interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to meet pickup and shipment deadlines and times
- Attention to detail and great problem solving abilities
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Applications (Word PowerPoint Excel)
- Ability to work individually and within a team with tight deadlines
