Job Description
- Develop and implement a clear marketing and relationshipbuilding strategy that aligns with the organisations mission and approach
- Build and nurture longterm relationships with current and potential donors guiding them from initial connection to lasting partnerships
- Lead and manage the communication strategy handling both strategic and daytoday external communications
- Plan and oversee events including annual activities specific initiatives campaigns and engagement opportunities
- Oversee the creation of media and digital content that effectively shares the organisations vision and impact
- Provide problemsolving support in other areas as needed
- Bachelors Degree in a Marketing / Communications field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in communications marketing or a related field
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate strategy into effective
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Creativity initiative and a proactive mindset
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fastpaced everevolving environment
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence
- Strong problemsolving skills and a continuous learning attitude
