We are seeking a skilled and proactive Communications Agent to join our growing team. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who excels at both internal and external communications. You will be responsible for crafting compelling messages supporting media strategies and ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and distribute internal and external communications including press releases newsletters reports and presentations
Coordinate with departments to gather content and updates for communication campaigns
Assist in the planning and execution of public relations and media outreach initiatives
Ensure messaging consistency and brand alignment across platforms
Monitor industry news and analyze trends to support strategic messaging
Prepare briefing materials talking points and correspondence for leadership
Manage internal communication tools and help maintain content calendars
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or related field
1-3 years of experience in a communications or PR-related role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Familiarity with communication planning and media outreach
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
