Job Description

Were a locally owned and growing automotive group of dealerships in Williamsburg and Richmond. As a result of our continued growth were looking to hire motivated careerminded sales consultants.
Previous automotive sales experience is not required for this position. Those with experience in customer service account management/account executive financial services mortgage and restaurant industries have proven to be very successful when switching careers to automotive sales. Highenergy positive outgoing individuals with strong communication skills WILL succeed as a Sales Consultant with Loyalty Automotive.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist customers with vehicle selection
- Review specific model options and features along with Loyaltys added value service offerings
- Review finance options
- Work with team members to facilitate delivery of vehicles
- Follow through with customers after the sale
- Attend staff meetings training and other activities as required
Requirements for the position:
- Ability to close and negotiate
- People skills
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Good presentation skills
- Computer and digital knowledge
- Motivated and customerfocused
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid drivers license
