Sales Manager (Media) Thailand (Thai Native Only)

About the Role
We are hiring a passionate and driven Sales Manager to lead key commercial growth initiatives for a highgrowth digital media and marketing company in Thailand. Youll work with toptier brands agencies and platforms to deliver highimpact media solutions in the gaming and entertainment ecosystem.
This is a highvisibility role with exciting growth potential suited to someone who thrives in fastpaced techforward environments and has strong ad tech and media sales experience.
What Youll Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of brand and agency accounts in Thailand
- Sell digital media solutions including YouTube ads programmatic buying and ingame advertising
- Build and lead private programmatic partnerships with agencies and platforms
- Identify upsell opportunities and expand relationships within key accounts
- Develop and pitch gotomarket strategies tailored to client objectives
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal client solutions marketing and BI teams
- Play a key role in shaping the sales strategy and execution plan for the Thai market
What Were Looking For
- 5 years of experience in digital media sales with brands or agencies
- 3 years in ad tech (e.g. publisher ad exchange DSP DMP etc.)
- Strong understanding of advertising metrics (CPM CPI CPV etc.)
- Experience working with influencer marketing and/or game publishers is a plus
- Trusted relationship builder with a consultative sales approach
- Analytical thinker with storytelling ability and a datadriven mindset
- Proactive ambitious and comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity
- Fluent in Thai (spoken and written) with solid English communication skills
