We are looking for a highenergy ambitious and fastpaced Internal Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate must attract firstrate talent ensure lasting and successful placements build highquality candidate pipelines and compile market maps. The goal is to achieve and exceed KPIs and clients expectations and add value to our and our clients business. We are very fastpaced and require a vibrant gogetter.
Responsibilities
- Drafting quality job specs
- Sourcing
- Advertising Jobs with a practical marketing introduction
- Screening
- Shortlisting
- Candidate assessment and testing
- Interviewing
- Reporting on KPIs and SLA
- Offer Management
- Employer Branding
- Mapping creating and managing Talent pools
Requirements:
- High School Leaving Certificate
- Diploma / Degree in HRM or related
- Minimum of 2 years of Internal Recruitment experience
- Minimum of 3 years Agency Recruitment experience
- Recruitment experience must include Technical / Sales / IT and Generalist positions
- Computer Literate (ATS Job Portals and the full MS Office)
- Excellent communications and reporting skills
- High Energy
- English
