Mars Finance Leadership Experience: become a key player in our Finance environment! Do you dream of becoming a financial manager in one of the largest companies in the agrifood sector The Mars Finance Leadership Experience (MFLE) is the ideal path to achieve this. Former participants of this program now hold positions as financial directors and strategic leaders in many sectors. At Mars your future starts now!
Your journey in Finance:
This program is designed to make you a future financial leader. After 3 years you will be a versatile financial partner ready to take on a strategic role in our organization or become a CFO leading your own team.
Your program:
You will benefit from 3 rotations of 12 months each in various fields such as supply finance market finance financial control or digital finance. You will also experience rotations in several of our segments (Mars Wrigley PetNutrition Mars Food Royal Canin) with the possibility of international experience. You will join a network of former graduates ready to support you at every stage of your journey.
Your profile:
Heres what you need to bring:
- You have (or will have) a Masters degree obtained in 2024 or in the process of obtaining it for 2025
- You have big ambitions and you already see yourself as a financial leader
- You are analytical and passionate about finance
- You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring new ideas
- You want to grow as a person
- You have international mobility
- You are fluent in English
