Job Description
Your Role
We are looking for brilliant legal minds to join our growing 360T Group legal team. As a key member of our team you will review interpret and translate legal requirements and effectively communicate these to the business and external stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide legal support and advice to upper management on relevant legal issues
- Ensure compliance with the internal controls statutory regulations and other formalities
- Calculate and handle risks in business process and decision making
- Draft legal documents such ascontracts statements agreements etc.
- Execute procedures for e.g. protecting software licenses patents trademarks and industrial designs
- Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the companys legal function
Your Profile
- German State Exam
- Minimum three years of professional experience as a Legal Counsel in a law office or in the legal department of a financial institution bank or insurance
- Strong consulting skills and aboveaverage communication and conflict resolution skills
- Good organisational prioritisation and timemanagement skills
- Analytical thinking with a high degree of accuracy and clarity in the written documentation
- High degree of independence process orientation analytical and conceptual skills
- Team spirit
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonalskills
- Business fluent in German and English both orally and in writing
