The purpose of this position is to provide support to a unit that directly works with education schools administrators families of Arizona students and other governmental constituents including the Legal unit. The primary duties for this position are administrative including but not limited to the following:Assist attorneys with aspects of the legal process including administrative case management and support for litigation and public records;Coordinate and draft documentation including but not limited to witness/ exhibit lists and depositions;Manages case file maintenance including indexing and filing case materials; - Reviews information and analyzes documents;Plans organizes and prepares investigations of alleged administrative or legal violations of laws rules regulations and policies enforced by the Department ;Reviews information and analyzes documents;Maintains a strict level of at the agencys South campus in downtown Phoenix this position will be part of a standard office environment and will be 100% on-site and in-office where expected dress-code is business and business-casual.
