Requirements:
Provide great customer service to customers in a professional friendly and efficient manner whether in person or by telephone
Provides customers with vehicle status information
Answers and directs telephone calls to the appropriate parties
Assists internal departments as needed
Performs other administrative duties as assigned
Ability to multitask in a sometimes highstress demanding environment
Maintains assigned workspace in an organized and clean manner
Maintains a professional and friendly appearance at all times
Qualifications:
Friendly and positive attitude
A high school diploma or equivalent
Experience handling in/outbound calls
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organization & ability to multitask
Automotive experience a plus
