About the Role:Join the Browns team as a Human Resources Manager where youll lead key HR processes to ensure a welltrained motivated and highperforming workforce. This role focuses on employee engagement talent management and driving strategies to enhance company performance ensuring alignment with our luxury brand standards.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
1.Recruitment & Talent Management 20
- Interview and recommend candidates aligned with company culture
- Ensure proper induction and training for new recruits.
2.Employee Engagement & Retention 30
- Build relationships with top talent and develop retention plans.
- Monitor employee morale and advise management on improvement strategies.
3.Performance Management & Industrial Relations 35
- Support management in employee performance monitoring.
- Address performance issues proactively.
4. Statutory Compliance 10
- Ensure full compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Prevent noncompliance orders and mitigate risks.
5. Monthly Reporting & Administration 5
- Maintain an accurate HR tracker.
- Process salary administration and verify payroll information.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Psychology or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in an HR management role.
- Indepth knowledge of labour legislation (LRA BCEA EEA).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS like Zoho Sage or SAP.
