The Learning & Development Specialist works closely with the VP of Learning & Development and plays a crucial role in designing developing and implementing training programs that empower employees across the enterprise to grow their skills enhance performance and advance their careers. This role focuses on ensuring that our workforce is wellequipped to meet the evolving needs of our customers and communities. The Learning & Development Specialist may participate in a variety of organizational special projects and/or initiatives as needed as well as provide administrative support for learning management systems.
