Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Presales Specialist to provide technical consultation and support
for Network and Security (NWS) products and solutions. This role involves working closely with
customers partners and internal teams to design present and implement tailored solutions that
meet business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in
presales or IT solution design with a strong understanding of networking and cybersecurity
technologies.

Planning and Design:
* Understand customer business and technical requirements to design effective NWS
solutions.
* Collaborate with sales teams to develop channel partnerships and drive business growth
through the worlds leading distributors partner ecosystem.

* Architect and propose solutions addressing customer challenges using general NWS
products and technologies (e.g. firewalls SDWAN endpoint protection cloud security).
* Prepare technical proposals presentations and proofofconcept demonstrations.
Customer Engagement:
* Present and demonstrate solution benefits to stakeholders at all organizational levels
including technical and executive teams.
* Conduct partner onboarding enablement sessions and training on NWS products and best
practices.
* Provide pre and postsales support for seamless customer engagement and satisfaction.
and Enablement:
* Assist in opportunity identification validation and timely closure of sales deals.
* Lead workshops sales seminars and marketing events to showcase technical solutions.
Support certifications and readiness planning for partners and internal teams.
Administration:
* Assist in the preparation of RFP/RFI responses initial solution designs and partner solution
readiness.
* Ensure operational discipline by prioritizing tasks adhering to timelines and driving actions
to completion.
* Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in networking and security to provide
innovative solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills:
* Strong understanding of networking and security technologies such as firewalls SDWAN
VPNs endpoint protection IAM and cloud security solutions.
* Familiarity with products from leading vendors (e.g. Cisco Palo Alto Fortinet Zscaler
VMware) or equivalent.
* Handson experience in designing and implementing IT solutions in network infrastructure
and cybersecurity domains.
Soft Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for delivering technical presentations.
* Strong problemsolving abilities with a focus on customercentric solutions.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with sales technical and customer teams.
Experience:
* 35 years of experience in a presales or technical customerfacing role in the IT
infrastructure and cybersecurity domain.
* Experience in partner and channel ecosystem enablement is highly desirable.
Education and Certifications:
* Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
* Relevant vendor certifications (e.g. CCNA NSE Zscaler Certified Professional or equivalent)are preferred.
