Job Description
ChickfilA Brandywine in Brandywine MD is looking for a passionate and experienced Director to lead a seasoned and motivated team.
The ideal candidate will develop team members and leaders to meet the goals of the business. That person will also have:

- Trustworthy with all aspects of finances and inventory
- Energetic and able to relate well with team members in the restaurant and particularly the community
- Have an infectious can do attitude which influences results
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Handle DaytoDay needs of Operations
- Drive Thru Reporting
- Drives continuous improvement within our culture and systems
- Oversees inventory management and month end processes
- Engages team members in conversations relating to personal and professional growth
- 35 hours a week spent in operations 10 hours a week out of operations
- Available Saturdays
