EnSafe is accepting applications for a Project Controls Administratorbased out of EnSafesNashville TN office.

EnSafe specializes in Environmental Management and Planning Civil Design Engineering Environmental Restoration Natural & Water Resources Health & Safety and Technology with offices operating within the U.S.
What We Are Looking For:
As a Projects Control Administrator you would provide support to a group of Project Managers with all aspects of project financials and cost control activity spanning a variety of Environmental Engineering and Health & Safety projects. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic driver of standards and accuracy and demonstrate a full knowledge of accounting and financial practices in the AEC industry.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Be willing to work in a fastpaced environment with the ability to balance closing each month.
- Attend projectrelated meetings and assist Project Managers.
- Work closely with multiple Project Managers to develop monthly project status reports.
- Assist Project Managers with their billing review.
- Ensure the project is being billed by applicable clientproject agreements.
- Manage the financial structure/revenue setup for all assigned projects.
- Handle cost transfers while adhering to company policy and procedures.
- Prepare final invoices for review and posting to the financial system.
- A/R Collections as needed.
- Track and inquire on unbilled costs.
- Communicate billing status as needed to other team members.
- Provide support as required/needed by the Project Manager(s) and Project Controls Associate(s).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of billing experience.
- Microsoft Excel experience and the ability to manage a high email volume via Outlook.
- Ability to manage a high volume of projects with high accuracy organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and professional with a variety of personalities.
- Ability to travel on occasion.
Ideally youll also have:
- AEC industry experience.
- Associates or BA/BS in finance business accounting or a similar field is preferred.
