Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and maintain multiple programs including any of the following: security access and badging budget support site maintenance and worksitespecific elements of our facilitys program e.g. OSHA
Perform various clerical and routine accounting tasks in support of an operating unit to include accounts payable purchase orders and account reconciliation
Assist in communicating and reinforcing to all any changes and clarifications to existing departmental division and corporate policies procedures and guidelines
Acts as a resource to assist in resolving complex administrative issues and performs other duties pertinent to the operation e.g. office supplies conference room scheduling
Coordinates events Townhalls miscellaneous meetings and mailings with local office vendor employees and/or other departments
Supports management schedules and time off through timetracker.
Whats needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 24 years of workrelated experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator
- Proven work experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator
- Indepth understanding of office management and operations
- Proficient MS Office skills
- Working knowledge of office equipment like printers and fax machines
- Ability to lift up 50 lbs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelors degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of OSHA workplace safety regulations
- Proficient in Spanish
