Rental Repair Coordinator - Heavy Equipment

Assists in inspecting and maintaining sales equipment within the company facility.

Monitors gate log for incoming rental/tradein equipment to be inspected and maintained.

Initiates heavy equipment trailer.

Authorizes repairs to rental/tradein equipment.

Conducts damage inspections. Locates parts and lists pricing of parts and labor.

Monitors work orders for repairs.

Ensure zero rental equipment to rental ready standards.

Takes predelivery pictures of heavy equipment prior going out on rent.

Assists the rental department with the coordination of equipment needs and urgency issues.

Inspects customer equipment for tradein as needed.

Performs outside inspections as needed.

Performs the duties of the Machine & Yard Attendant as needed.

Monitors the productivity of the Machine & Yard Attendant.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Heavy Equipment required.

Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel required.

Must be able to comprehend speak and write the English language.

Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

High School Diploma or related equivalent required.

Bachelors Degree (in what) from a four year college or university or related equivalent experience preferred.
