Job Description
- Managing daytoday financial operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness of transactions.
- Overseeing financial reporting including the preparation of balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements.
- Developing and managing budgets forecasts and financial models to support business decisionmaking.
- Supervising accounting activities such as accounts payable accounts receivable payroll and general ledger maintenance.
- Leading financial planning and analysis efforts to develop strategies for business growth and monitoring performance.
- Creating and implementing financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Providing leadership and guidance to a team of finance and accounts professionals including coaching and development opportunities.
- Tracking corporate finance requirements including Public Listing.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting or related field.
- Proven experience in financial management and leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- CPA or CFA certification preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
