About The Opportunity
This is an onsite position as an Operations Manager and you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of daily operations. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Arranging storage solutions tailored to client needs
- Managing customer inquiries bookings and email communications
- Stepping in as a driver when required demonstrating handson leadership
- Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of job scheduling and truck logistics
- Leading and mentoring staff to optimise workflows and maintain high service standards
About You
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- A valid HR drivers licence (essential)
- A proactive teamoriented leadership style
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience in an operations management role
- Excellent problemsolving abilities to navigate daily challenges
- A forklift licence and familiarity with Moveware software (preferred)
